This Month Larry Long, Jr. and Thom Singer, CSP Present

Larry Long, Jr.

Presenting “Sales Is Not A Four Letter Word”

Sales can sometimes have a negative stigma. This session will break-down some of the negative connotations around ‘Sales’. Plan to walk away with action items to implement and accelerate your business

Meet Larry Long Jr., Ask yourself…do you break out sweating when thinking about Sales? Does that 500lb phone ever scare you into a state of paralysis? Well, guess what??? It’s staring back at you too, saying ‘Use Me Please!’

No worries as you’re not alone…and thankfully you’re here today, as our speaker, Larry Long Jr comes from a 16+ year career of leading Software Sales Teams and helping them find Sales Success. As a former collegiate D1 Baseball Player (Go Terps!), he’s had his fair share of strikeouts (BATTER UP!), and knows how to deal with the highs and lows, ups and downs of Sales.

Have no fear, cuz Larry’s here to help us realize that sales IS NOT a four letter word. Let’s give a warm welcome to this CEO…that’s Chief Energy Officer, of LLJR Enterprises. The mic is all yours Larry!

Thom Singer, CSP

Presenting “Adventures In Podcasting”

Seems there are a million online courses on how to get rich with podcasting, and seminars that promise amazing levels of attention. But is all that really true? Should speakers have a podcast? Should you pursue being a guest on other people’s podcasts?

Meet Thom Singer, “Community and Collaboration” are key to success. In today’s world we need people more than ever. Thom Singer has been turning live events into human laboratories for over 15 years, allowing the participants to have more meaningful conversations while on site and long after the conference is over.

As an executive search consultant and a professional speaker on the topic of human connection, trust, and accountability, Thom brings his high energy presentations and action-oriented content corporate and association audiences.

Thom knows that as the speaker or master of ceremonies he has a responsibility to set the tone for a strong conference attendee experience. Known as “The Conference Catalyst” he creates an atmosphere of fun and interaction that lasts beyond his presentation. His most popular keynote, “Uncommon Connections” is the right message for our turbulent times.

He earned his Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) in 2014 and is committed to the business of meetings. He is the author of 12 books and is the host of five podcasts; “Making Wave at C-Level” podcast, the “Digital Enterprise Society Podcast”, “Speakernomics”, “The Sales Tech Podcast”, and the “Conference Talk Show”. On his shows he has interviewed over 1000 business leaders with a focus on discovering how the most successful people get farther across the gap between potential and results.

At 50 years old Thom decided to reinvent his life and make age 50 to 75 the best years of his life. This meant saying yes to things that scared him, and trying new things. Since that time Thom has jumped off buildings, took up running (and lost 30 lbs), plays chess, and began performing stand-up comedy.
